At Jeu we use Australia Post for an inexpensive hassle-free delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you would like them sent, and we will take care of everything, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive at your desired address. We are happy to send your goods wherever is most convenient to you - so dont forget to decide whether youd like your order delivered to your home or work address.

If you have recently placed an order and you think the delivery of your order is severely overdue* please contact Jeu support, and we will take appropriate action.

* Rest of the world, please allow at least 10 to 14 working days.
Goods must be returned in the same condition as received and if with all packaging within 14 days. Jeu reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNS PROCEDURE / FAULTY GOODS
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is faulty, we will be happy to refund your costs incurred in sending it back. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges. Please enclose the despatch note inside the parcel giving the reason for the return, stating exactly whether you require a refund or exchange. Pack the parcel securely reusing the original packaging if possible. Return the package to Jeu via the Post Office and for your protection we advise that you obtain a Proof of Posting.

CUSTOMS INFORMATION
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your orders content as well as a description of the items. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend washing all garments separately, or with same colours. Wash inside out to avoid abrasion from other more coarse fabrics. Always dry flat, inside out and never iron directly on the plastisol graphics as this will ruin the design. Follow this advice at your own risk.
