
What's the catch with 3 tees for $70?
No catch, just a really good value for 3 super cool tees. Shipping is the usual $7.70 within Australia. We neatly package the tees together and Express Post them to you. They should get to you within 3 days. If you order on a Friday, the tees will most likely arrive on Tuesday.
How do I purchase?
Simply click on “Men” or “Women” in the above black box. Select a garment you would like, click on the colour and the size and then “Add to shopping bag”. Once you have added the garment to your bag, a login screen will appear. Enter your details carefully and record your username and password for future use. Enter your credit card details and shipping address and then process the payment. You are now done! We will ship the garment out straight away and you will receive it within 5 days.
I bought the wrong size, what do I do?
You can simply return it and we will send the right size out to you. You must pay the cost of return and resending. If you are unsure of your size, choose one size larger.
Is the delivery cost per item or per order?
Our delivery costs are per order. The cost is not dependant upon your order being made up of single or multiple items.
How do I return goods?
Simply return to JEU. PO BOX 3583 Loganholme QLD 4129. Please include your contact details and a printed receipt from the emails you received at time of purchase. Also include the reason for returning.
Where is my delivery?
Once your order is despatched we aim to deliver fast and effectively using EXPRESS POST. If after 5 days you have not received your order, please contact support@jeuclothing.com
What if my delivery is missing an item?
This is unusual but on occasion an error can occur with our physical stock levels.
If there is an item unavailable the remaining items in your order will be shipped to prevent delay. We will then endeavour to contact you via email to let you know if more stock will become available or if a refund will be made to your card for the missing item. If you are in doubt please contact support@jeuclothing.com
Does your website display your complete collection?
The Jeu webshop only displays a selection from each concept within the collection. For details of our full collection please contact support@jeuclothing.com where we will be happy to talk you through additional items you may be looking for. We do not offer catalogues or brochures.
What happens if my payment screen is timing out or frozen?
Ensure you allow pop-ups to enable confirmation screens to appear. Do not refresh your screen. If further problems persist, contact support@jeuclothing.com
If my order is not accepted how can I still buy the items I would like?
In the event of your order not successfully confirming please contact the support department via email support@jeuclothing.com to organise an alternative payment method, like bank transfer.
I want to order an item that was in the previous collection but it is not online anymore, how can I do this?
This will be subject to availability. Please contact support@jeuclothing.com to check if that item can be found in our system.
I bought an item from a boutiques that sell Jeu and it is faulty, do I send it back to you?
Your first action is to return the item back to the store, if they will not take the item back please let us know via email and we will try to help you further. We will need details such as the store name and the item you are having problems with.
Does Jeu offer Gift Vouchers?
Jeu does not offer gift vouchers at the present time.
